Four12 Madison - Link Apartments, Oakland CALIFORNIA
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA: Modern living in the heart of Oakland’s vibrant Jack London Square starts with public art by local Shawn HibmaCronan on the exterior of the building. “What Makes This Home” wraps around the building corner, reflecting the unique topography and spirit of the city, in steel. The art collection at Four12 is all about creating a meaningful connection between the building and its urban surroundings.
Inside, the art collection continues the theme of local pride throughout the community spaces. Each piece was selected to honor Oakland’s diverse cultural heritage and vibrant artistic scene. Four12 is more than just a place to live—it’s a space where art, community, and modern design converge, offering an inspired and dynamic environment in one of the Bay Area's most exciting neighborhoods.
